The idea that 'Word of Mouth' could not be controlled, organised and structured was one of the greatest errors made in marketing during the period of the Internet and new communication technologies". Coordinating a meeting with more than 1,200 people, conductng a seminar with one hundred people wanting to learn how to develop their own company, a growing number of telephone conferences, all these duties are part of his responsibilities as Vice-President. Married, soon to be the father of 4 children, this 47-year old businessman has not forgotten where he comes from or the road he has already covered.
Eric Clerc has worked hard since the age of 16. He developed his qualities of leadership, quick decision-making, responsibility and mutual support thanks to the Scouts. An electrician until the age of 31, he thought that freedom meant being an entrepreneur, but his dreams had still not been realised. Searching for greater freedom and a better quality of life for himself and his loved ones, he discovered network sales and decided to focus on the 'Word of Mouth' market. He met Serge Gilardi and Fabrice Kerhervé and groups were created in Italy and in Russia. Today a Professional Networking leader for more than 10 years, he aspires to a world which is fairer, more equitable and less violent. What touches him most? It is when, going beyond all forms of conflict, he sees one human being helping another.

The story of a judo teacher who became Vice-President of a "Multi Million Euro Company".
42 years old, married, one daughter, this businessman from a working class family is extremely dedicated. Firstly he is dedicated to his sport, judo, which he learns and teaches. This sport has had an impact on his entire life, developing values of respect, friendship, bravery, sincerity and also self-control; a genuine school of life with it own moral code. One day, he decided that nothing is impossible, that it is necessary to always believe in one's dreams. He was no longer satisfied with his material conditions and he wanted to find a solution. He discovered an incredible distribution system which allows people, without experience, as was his case at the time, to gain access to the world of business: Professional Networking. The "no limit" aspect of this industry and the training which people receive fascinated him. It led to a new passion in his life, one which was never going to fade. This was when he met up again with an old childhood friend, Fabrice Kerhervé, who had become a major professional in this field, with great financial success and incredible talent as a leader. Many years of hard work followed. He crossed Europe and Russia and met Eric Clerc. These three friends decided to create the company of their dreams: KGC Networks.
